Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic candidate, a high-energy individual, with handsome experience in Real Estate marketing. Should have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our projects through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Projects and services
  5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Qualifications & Experience

3- 5 Years of Experience

Skill Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the Real Estate industry.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
